These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using NumberPlace ("the Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Provision of the Service

The Service is provided free of charge. For this reason, we make no guarantees regarding its continuity, stability, or accuracy. Please note that the Service may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the content included in the Service (text, images, design, software, etc.) belong to the operator. Except for quotations within the scope permitted by copyright law, please refrain from reproducing, copying, or modifying the content without permission.

Prohibited Activities

Please refrain from misusing the Service, reverse engineering, placing excessive load on the Service through automated access, or otherwise interfering with its operation.

We also ask that you do not collect content from the Service by crawlers, bots, scrapers, or other automated means. This applies regardless of purpose — including use as training data for machine learning models, reference or citation by generative AI (grounding), and use as a data source for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) — and regardless of whether the use is commercial or non-commercial.

The Japanese version of these terms is the sole authoritative text. Versions in other languages are provided as reference translations; in the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
